Services

UX Creatives provides design and creative services, including but not limited to:

• UX/UI  Design
• Web & Mobile App Design
• Website Design
• Wireframing & Prototyping
• Branding & Logo Design
• Visual Design & Brand Identity

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, concepts, and deliverables created by UX Creatives remain our property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership rights of final deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
• UX Creatives retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project completion, clients agree to:

• Provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe on the rights of third parties
• Respond to communication promptly to avoid delays

Payment Terms

• All project costs and payment schedules will be clearly outlined in the proposal or invoice.
• A [insert % or amount] non-refundable deposit is required to begin work, unless otherwise agreed.
• Remaining payments are due upon completion of project milestones or final delivery, as outlined in the agreement.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

Revisions & Changes

• Each project includes a set number of revisions as specified in the proposal.
• Additional revisions or scope changes outside the agreed terms will be billed at our standard hourly or fixed rates.

Cancellations& Refunds

• If the client cancels the project after work has begun, all completed work to date will be billed, and deposits will not be refunded.
• If UX Creatives cancels the project for reasons beyond our control, we will refund any unused portion of prepaid fees.

Limitation of Liability

• UX Creatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of our work, we do not guarantee specific business results.

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not share proprietary information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Third-Party Services

If third-party tools, software, or contractors are used in your project (e.g., Webflow development, hosting services), their terms and conditions also apply, and UX Creatives is not responsible for issues arising from those services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Change to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with the updated “Last Updated” date.
